The majority of many field-leading experts in behavioral sciences and psychology agree that an active and healthy fitness journey can be the single most beneficial action taken to progressively improve one's mental health. Fitness is not just physical; not by far. Our physical form often reflects our state of mental well being. Starting and staying on an active physical fitness journey improves every aspect of life as mindsets improve along the way, not to mention naturally produces chemicals that the body releases in response to physical activity within hours, and even in seconds in some cases. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next?
